What does Label mean?

A label is a customization method that can be used in many different ways. Labels are usually thinner than patches or badges and although they can technically be made from different material like paper or yarn, we will generally refer to woven labels made with yarn fibers. If using paper or cardboard, we prefer to use the term tag to avoid confusion.

Probably the most common use for labels is the brand label that shows the company’s logo inside products. Another fairly common use is for the care label, which provides the instructions to properly take care of your item. Note however that it’s only possible to customize the brand label in headwear products when they are made from scratch.

Using this weaving technique, we can create custom labels that are cut with a laser to the shape that you desire. These woven labels can then be affixed to your preferred headwear product using one of the four border sewing method we offer.
